One to One Yoga
Yoga can be very helpful in working with postural and emotional concerns and The Walnut Grove Clinic is offering one to one yoga on Wednesday evening with Deborah Clarke of LifeChanges.

Deborah trained as a Hatha Yoga teacher with the Inner Yoga Trust and qualified in 2009 after a three year training period. She is offers one to one yoga sessions for people new to yoga who would like to explore the value of yoga before going on to join a yoga group. She is also keen to work with people experiencing specific physical or emotional issues that they feel might benefit from a one-to-one yoga teaching relationship. These one to one class's cost £30.00 for a 55 minute session.
